Theresa graduated in '87 with a BA in Psychology and went on to earn a master's degree from Bowling Green State University in 1989.  She is currently the Chief Development Officer at the New England Botanical Garden.  She has a deep love for UMaine and wants to be as engaged as possible.  Over the past several years, Theresa has been involved in admission events, BECUM events, reunion planning/gathering, and now as chair of the UMAA board.  In this role, Theresa hopes to draw on her fundraising experience to help UMAA increase its financial support from alumni.  She is a fierce advocate for the University of Maine and particularly for students who need a little assistance to be able to thrive.  She has been a very loyal supporter of the University of Maine for many years, and she regularly offers her expertise in philanthropy to help lift others on our campus.
